Clearview Landscape Services LLC ("Clearview," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wisconsin-based company in Menomonee Falls. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our website, mobile app, text messaging, phone/email communications, and landscape services (collectively the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
A Note About Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete it immediately if we become aware of any such data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold information about your minor child, contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly address your request.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to deliver quality landscape services.
You provide directly:
- Contact and account information (name, email, phone, service address)
- Property details and special instructions
- Service requests, photos, notes, and messages
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)
Collected automatically:
- Basic device and usage information to improve the Service and ensure security
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or government IDs, nor do we purchase customer data from brokers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing Your Information
We share information only with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing, messaging, notifications, mapping, and secure operations. These partners are contractually required to protect your data. We may also disclose information when required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or to protect the rights and safety of Clearview and our customers.
4. Advertising & Tracking
We advertise on platforms such as Google and Meta using their own targeting tools. We do not send your browsing activity on our Service back to those platforms for advertising purposes.
5. SMS, Calls & Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive texts and calls from Clearview. Our SMS program has two separate consent categories — transactional and marketing — and each requires its own distinct opt-in. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other. Marketing SMS is entirely optional and never a condition of purchase or of receiving transactional messages. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at [email protected] or (262) 333-3676; reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional message frequency is typically 2–8 per month; marketing, if separately opted in to, is typically up to 4 per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Calls placed through our platform may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute-resolution purposes.
SMS data we collect: your mobile phone number, the content of inbound and outbound messages, opt-in evidence (method, consent category (transactional and/or marketing), timestamp, version of the Terms in effect), opt-out events, and message-delivery metadata returned by our SMS provider.
Sub-processor. Twilio Inc. is our SMS service provider; messages travel through Twilio over major U.S. wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs) under the A2P 10DLC registration system. Twilio's handling of message data is governed by Twilio's privacy policy in addition to ours.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with sub-processors (such as Twilio for message delivery and our email provider for related transactional notifications) acting on Clearview's behalf to deliver the Service, as described in Section 3.

6. Cookies & Security
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the Service secure. We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption where appropriate. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements (such as tax records). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is available in the app settings.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
